Instead, you just need to make sure that your iPad is already plugged in. As for the rest, we’re going to be showing you how to use the automatic sync options to transfer files from your Mac to your iPad!
Steps to Transfer files from Mac to iPad with iTunes- Automatically Sync
Step 1 — iPad
Once you have your iPad connected, you can select its settings from the iPad icon on the top left-hand side of the screen (pointed out in the image below.) This is where you’ll be able to change your iPad’s automatic sync settings.
